Meet Jess

Jess is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She began her career as a school psychologist, where she developed strong expertise in educational and developmental assessments, before moving into vocational rehabilitation supporting individuals to overcome barriers and return to meaningful work. Jess now works in private practice, where she provides both therapy and comprehensive assessments for ADHD, learning difficulties, and giftedness.

Jess is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that can be applied in everyday life. She aims to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and working toward meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-focused, recognising that each person’s experiences and goals are unique.

Jess has a particular interest in neurodiversity, including ADHD and learning differences, and enjoys supporting both children and adults to build confidence and develop skills that support long-term wellbeing. She values clear communication and practical recommendations, ensuring that therapy and assessment results translate into real-world improvements at home, school, and work.

When Jess isn’t working, you’ll usually find her outdoors, spending time with family and friends, or being enthusiastically supervised by her three dogs — who firmly believe they are the most important part of her daily routine.
